Abstract Landscapes

Mathieu Bories, aka Mateo, was born in France. After studying art, he moved from Toulouse to Montreal. His work takes inspiration in street art, the scenes he saw on a long trip through South America, photography and pop culture, inspirations that have manifested themselves in stencil art and collage. After a few years in North America, Mathieu moved back to his homeland, but his art has gone global, with exhibitions in South America, Canada, the United States, Switzerland, Australia and Europe.
