Christina Heitmann

On her studio on an island in the Stockholm Archipelago, Christina Heitmann is surrounded by sea, cliffs and forest. She draws inspiration for her illustrations from her surroundings to create images of animals and of important women from history, all with a controlled and considered dynamic. Her pieces display an appreciation of the great female figures that have gone before her, and have been picked up by clients such as Apple, Microsoft and several major Swedish newspapers.
