Maarten Léon

Dutch artist Maarten Léon describes his work as an ode to growing up and self-reflection. He explores the emotions and thoughts he experiences while trying to cope with adult choices. Vintage themes such as pictures and ads, often embody precisely the absurdity that Maarten experiences in his thoughts. Putting multimedia fragments together to create visual worlds, his work is an exploration of surrealism and minimalism.
