About the artist

Katinka Reinke

Illustrations of places you long to visit for your home.

Katinka Reinke

Katinka Reinke is an artistic globetrotter, bringing her wanderlust to canvas through reduced, pastel compositions tinged with melancholy. From Munich to Marrakesh, the Hamburger illustrator takes us on vivid voyages with minimalist motifs that chart the cities and sights of Europe and beyond. The resulting collection functions like a series of postcards—nostalgic yet wistful, familiar yet foreign. When she’s not jet-setting, Katinka works as an editorial illustrator for international newspapers and magazines.
