Oh Darling

According to Jill Castillo, the marriage of type and illustration is a match made in heaven. And she should know. The multi-disciplinary artist and designer majored in visual arts in high school and went on to pursue graphic design at university. Although she enjoys painting portraits with oils, the Berlin-based Canuck specialises in mixing crisp graphics with sketches and drawings. The result: adorable images with a bit of an edge—think sweet, but not so sweet that you’d get a toothache.
