Pixie Cold

In its nature, our world is often too dark to paint, even with the darkest of colours. So, I am creating my world for myself using only the brightest of colours.

Born into a family of creatives in Berlin, Svenja aka Pixie Cold is at home in artsy environments. Her life took an unexpected dark turn as she ended up living on the street sans shelter or purpose. A light at the end of a seemingly down spiralling tunnel, she began channelling her experiences through what she knew best: art. With the internet as her platform she began sharing her work with the world, an uplifting contrast and essentially her rescue. Since 2012 she has successfully turned her hobby into a profession, making the world a brighter place with fluorescent expression.
