About the artist

Jason Ratliff

Creator of a whimsical, if not overly aspirational world.

Jason Ratliff

According to Jason Ratliff, colour and composition are key. The Indiana-based artist studied visual communication design before he went on to become an art director. In his Walking Shadow series he substitutes the shadows cast by everyday people and animals for rainbow hues and geometric gorgeousness. The works are rendered using a mixture of pen illustrations and digital painting.
